Engineering Technician - 2nd shift
Kasai North America, Inc is a company focused on supporting the production process. The Engineering Technician will provide daily support for manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist in maintaining quality and environmental policies.

Responsibilities
Daily support of manufacturing process equipment and controls
Onsite problem solving in real time
Communication with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure knowledge of issues
Monitor and collect data in support of improvement activities
Schedule and run trial parts
Submit parts to testing lab for analysis
Development and modification of robot programs
Troubleshooting equipment issues with PLC monitoring software
Must work in a safe manner in compliance with KNA policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures
Qualification
Required
AS Degree in Mechatronics, pre-engineering, related study, or three plus years manufacturing experience
Microsoft Office Experience (Excel, Word, Project)
PLC monitoring and troubleshooting
Robotic programming
Three plus years in support of manufacturing processes
