Responsibilities
Complete I-9 processing for all new hires, ensuring compliance with IRCA
Audit and monitor I-9 forms for accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
Support preboarding operations by auditing and creating employee profiles in HR systems
Track and follow up on outstanding preboarding and I-9 tasks to maintain compliance
Collaborate with internal teams on preboarding dependencies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Qualification
Required
Proficient in I-9 employment eligibility verification and E-Verify processing
Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance regulations and best practices
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
Prior experience in HR operations, particularly in high-volume onboarding environments
Preferred
Workday experience highly preferred
