Responsibilities
Foster meaningful connections with our community of members and fellow employees
Expertly open and maintain diverse account types, including Personal, Trusts, Business, HSA, and IRA accounts
Guide members through the consumer loan process, from the initial application through to funding
Collaborate with internal team members to quickly and efficiently resolve member concerns
Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals established by management to ensure the credit union's continued growth
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of related financial or customer service experience
Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
Must be bondable
