Responsibilities
Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servos, Ethernet and Communication systems, and Robots
Basic troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, AC/DC electrical systems, Robots, PLCs, HIMs, VFDs, Servos, Ethernet/Communication systems and ladder logic
Assist in installing and setup of field devices such as lasers, proximity switches, pressure switches, directional control valves, AC/DC motors, etc
Assist panel building and wiring, routing and tying cables, drilling/tapping holes, and building junction boxes
Robot trouble shooting and horming
Upload, download, and get online with PLCs
Fanuc Robot program troubleshooting/touch-ups
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Applicable education and 0-2 years' experience with Controls and Mechanical engineering
Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft office and related programs
Understanding of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and AC/DC electrical systems and how to troubleshoot them
Ability to read and understand blueprint/schematic drawings and ladder logic
Good writing and communication skills
Willingness to learn
