Responsibilities
Establish operating procedures and ensure that all departments have adequate supplies to perform operational duties in an efficient manner
Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
Oversees and directs all purchasing, receiving & food & beverage storeroom with staff
Monitor vendors for quality, service, and price through standard purchasing specifications
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organization and accounting skills
Excellent personal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to support teams of people and meet deadlines
Detail oriented, able to handle several tasks simultaneously
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Minimum Entry level computer skills, with an emphasis on outlook, Excel, and Food & Beverage software a plus
Adhere to NHHR/NVWT policies, practices, and procedures
Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and balance
Ability to maneuver around others and be maneuvered around others
Use of hands and fingers to handle items and goods
Able to reach with hands and arms
Able to hear, talk, taste, and smell
Vision requirements include close and distant, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to focus
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
