Responsibilities

Analyzes complex financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership
Prepares financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Leads budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conducts variance analysis to identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions
Develops financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and risk scenarios
Partners with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and resource allocation
Monitors KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance and support continuous improvement
Supports quarterly and year-end financial reporting and audit processes
Recommends process enhancements and efficiencies to improve financial planning operations
Provides mentorship or guidance to less senior financial analysts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required (OR equivalent combination of education and related professional financial analysis experience.) and five (5) or more additional years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles
Experience in developing executive-level financial reports and recommendations
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial systems and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Initiative to identify and lead process improvement efforts
