Support and maintain mainframe storage environments, including block, virtual tape, and object storage
Lead and mentor internal staff, providing technical guidance and best practices
Collaborate with development and architectural teams to deliver strategic solutions
Serve as a consultant for major projects, offering expert recommendations and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with HPE XP8 G2 Mainframe storage systems
Strong knowledge of enterprise storage technologies and data center operations
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a consulting capacity on complex projects
