Responsibilities

Owning and managing the product backlog, including creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, and formally accepting deliverables
Acting as the voice of the customer, translating complex user workflows and design principles into customer-centric software solutions
Guiding project execution by partnering closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Providing servant leadership and coaching to a self-organizing Agile team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence

Qualification

Product OwnershipSAFe AgileProduct Backlog ManagementAgile CertificationsProject ManagementMedical Devices ExperienceAgile Tools Familiarity

Required

5-10+ years of experience in a software development environment, including product ownership responsibilities
Experience creating, managing, and prioritizing product backlog
Familiarity with Agile and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

Preferred

Direct experience working as a Product Owner within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred!
Project management experience, particularly within a software delivery environment preferred!
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries preferred!
Agile-related certifications (SAFe Agile, Product Owner, etc) strongly preferred
