Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online channels for users of our education platform
Assist customers with account access, course navigation, and troubleshooting technical issues
Deliver timely and accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system for accuracy and follow-up
Gather and report feedback from customers to help improve the platform and user experience
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or platform-related issues
Maintain knowledge of our education offerings and platform features to provide informed assistance
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold company service standards

Required

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online channels for users of our education platform

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues logically and efficiently
Strong listening and de-escalation skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an education or technology setting

Preferred

Familiarity with online platforms or learning management systems is a plus
Experience in tech support, customer service experience preferred
Experience assisting customers in a app based environment is a bonus
Some college education is ideal
