Responsibilities
Uphold Kairoi standards of excellence by providing prompt and professional customer service with every interaction
Your daily routine will involve cleaning the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes
You will help future residents feel welcomed by cleaning vacant apartment homes once the make-ready process has been completed
As you work through your routine, you will perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas notifying the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns
You will be asked to assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
A high school education or equivalent
Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
Willingness and desire to learn new skills
Employment with Kairoi is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
