Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and compliance matters

Prepare documents, coordinate filings, and organize due diligence materials

Draft routine corporate documents, maintain minute books, and track ongoing governance and compliance obligations

Required

8+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house setting is required

Experience using entity management, document management, and/or contract management software
