Responsibilities

Identify and assess potential registry service opportunities aligned with CIRA’s mission, values, and platform capabilities

Assist in the management of Hello Registry’s existing international customer base

Monitor industry signals such as ICANN programs, industry news, policy developments, RFPs, and upcoming TLD initiatives

Support targeted, intentional engagement with prospective registry operators, governments, brands, and communities

Prepare research, briefing materials, and stakeholder context to support senior-level conversations

Contribute to RFP responses, including drafting, coordination, and internal alignment

Support new gTLD, ccTLD, and migration opportunities from early evaluation through onboarding
