Responsibilities
Perform PLC hardware/software upgrades (Rockwell Allen-Bradley focus)
Lead HMI coordination and integration with OEM systems
Collaborate on mechanical and electrical coordination with various teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in industrial control systems
Manage networking and controls data across projects
Act as an NSI representative, communicating with clients and maintaining professional relationships
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of recent experience working with PLC/HMI systems (Rockwell Allen-Bradley required, Schneider is a plus)
Expertise in PLC software (Logix5000/Studio5000, ProWorx, Unity)
Familiarity with HMI packages (Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk, etc.)
Experience with networking, server setup, and virtualization (Windows Server, VMWare, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Excel for reporting and analysis
Location: On-site at MSP Airport (remote from your home when not on-site)
Authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check (for airport badging)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (less than 15% while on MSP project)
Comfortable with air travel and irregular hours (nights, no regular weekends)
