Document completed work and report issues requiring advanced technical support
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure a safe, clean work environment
Participate in on‑the‑job training and company‑provided classes to build technical knowledge
Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to overall maintenance goals
Support store operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
No prior maintenance experience required—training provided
Interest in developing hands-on skills in maintenance, repair, and facility operations
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication and organization skills
Basic computer literacy; ability to learn company systems
