Responsibilities

Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions

Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees

Set up classrooms with audio-visual equipment and training materials

Ensure training environments are conducive to learning

Enter all training records into ABM University Learning Management System (LMS)

Maintain training rosters, attendance records, and personnel training files

Ensure compliance with all training requirements

Maintain training reference library and materials inventory

Prepare training materials, handouts, and promotional fliers

Organize and set up/break down training equipment and classrooms

Track training program utilization and effectiveness
