TelevisaUnivision is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the continued growth of their business. This role is responsible for overseeing month-end close activities, financial planning, forecasting, and a variety of ad hoc financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close activities, monthly forecasting, and the annual budgeting process
Prepare content acquisition rights schedules and maintain monthly forecast updates
Develop Programming & Entertainment cash flow schedules and update forecasts on a monthly basis
Support the preparation of monthly operational review materials
Prepare balance sheet analyses for monthly review and quarterly variance (flux) reporting
Produce quarterly deliverables and management reports
Manage revenue streams related to royalties and talent licensing agreements
Prepare and process quarterly music royalty payouts
Prepare and submit billing requests for assigned projects
Partner with the operations team to coordinate vendor payments and ensure timely processing
Perform additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned by department leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5-7 years' experience in accounting/finance
Advanced Microsoft Office program (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify issues and solve problems effectively
Team player with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated success with systems and data visualization tools
Must be able to work well independently and take ownership of projects

Preferred

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Previous work experience in Entertainment or Media industry is preferred
Preferred knowledge of Oracle applications (PBCS)
