Focus Camera is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join their warehouse team. This role involves managing a team of associates and overseeing the entire outbound shipping process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the full shipping process, including order picking, packing, labeling, and loading for carrier pickup
Ensure all outbound shipments are properly documented with accurate BOLs and tracking information
Monitor workflow to prioritize and complete orders on time while meeting customer expectations
Communicate with customer service, sales, and headquarters teams regarding shipment status, delays, or issues
Maintain clean and accurate records of all outbound activity
Train, schedule, and manage the shipping team to ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy
Collaborate with inventory, receiving, and logistics teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
Enforce compliance with company policies and health and safety standards

Required

Experience managing a shipping or outbound operations team in a high-volume warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of shipping, order fulfillment, and carrier processes (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
Clear communication skills and ability to follow up professionally with internal teams and carriers
Familiarity with warehouse software systems and Microsoft Excel
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Forklift certification is a plus
