Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a variety of roles
Onboarding: Oversee new hire onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of required paperwork and system entries within ADP Workforce Now
Job Descriptions & Position Updates: Regularly review, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions and position characteristics aligned with organizational needs
Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and prepare data-driven reports for leadership review
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment with high accountability
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO
Preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for applicant tracking, data entry, and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
