Responsibilities
Contribute to key business initiatives, including commercial content creation, application development, product management, customer engagement, and technical consulting
Work with cutting-edge industrial automation technology, gaining hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation's products and seeing their application in various industries
Craft a personalized rotation and development plan, in partnership with your manager and technical mentors, to prepare for post-program placement into a vital role on one of our commercial, application, or services teams
Contribute your expertise, deepen your domain expertise, and further your growth as one of Rockwell Automation's future leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
Preferred
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Recently graduated
Completed a prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation
Demonstrated leadership experience
Involvement in community service, extracurricular activities or volunteerism
An interest in growing your career to be a Team Lead, Engineering Manager or senior commercial/business leadership roles
