Responsibilities
Lead complex IT projects—from cloud migrations to server and network deployments
Guide clients through Microsoft 365 and Azure transformations
Assess, design, and implement IT infrastructure aligned with business goals
Collaborate with Sales and Presales on scoping and architecture
Serve as a technical mentor and emerging leader within the project team
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT, with leadership in complex infrastructure or cloud projects
Expertise in M365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and storage
Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise, NinjaOne, or Kaseya
Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable local travel availability
Preferred
Team leadership or management experience
Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect or M365 Enterprise Admin
