Pella Regional Health Center is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO is responsible for the overall financial management and fiscal integrity of the organization while providing leadership oversight for multiple operational departments.

Providing executive leadership for assigned operational departments, ensuring effective management, compliance, and performance outcomes
Serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team in organizational planning, growth initiatives, and resource allocation
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements

Required

Experience in financial management and fiscal integrity of an organization

Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Experience in supporting sustainable growth
Collaboration with executive leadership, Board of Trustees, and department leaders
Ability to guide strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Providing financial insight, analysis, and leadership to support high-quality patient care
