Responsibilities

Researches and respond to technical questions from customers to resolve a wide variety of customer flight operations issues, service problems, and continued airworthiness concerns

Investigates flight operations inquiries and develop suitable solutions for customers

Provides proactive support to customers on current flight operations issues through conferences, symposiums, and other methods

Provides on-site customer assistance to assigned accounts through consultation to support the introduction of new airplane models, improve airplane utilization, and to promote the safe and efficient operation of the entire fleet

Responds to customer inquiries on all Boeing commercial airplane models

Champions improvements to technologies, tools and processes to enhance technological readiness, to improve aircraft performance, and to reduce cycle time and cost

Assess proposed regulations and engineering changes to determine impact on cost, performance, producibility, maintainability, and safety

Trains others in work processes and work products and configure
