Lead Sikorsky Aftermarket strategy efforts focused on International Military & Commercial helicopter operators

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, expand customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the Sikorsky Aftermarket sector

Lead a team responsible for strategic planning in the Sikorsky Aftermarket sector

Qualification

Required

Experience working with Sikorsky aircraft, including Black Hawk, Seahawk, S-92, and other models

Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's aftermarket support activities, including spare parts, MRO services, and other related activities

Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams

Strong network of contacts within the rotary-wing aircraft industry, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Strong understanding of the rotary-wing aircraft industry

Excellent business development skills

Flexibility of working hours schedule

Ability to lead cross-functional teams
