Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize interactive AR/VR/MR applications using Unity & C#
Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations for Meta Oculus and other headsets
Collaborate with AI teams to integrate Copilot Studio, GPT-driven scenarios, and natural language processing (NLP) into training modules
Develop dynamic AI-generated training scenarios that adapt to user interactions in real time
Integrate AR/VR training modules with HR systems, LMS, and business tools using prebuilt connectors
Ensure smooth 3D asset pipelines, working with modeling tools and optimizing for performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oculus SDK, ARKit, ARCore, and spatial computing

Required

Proficiency in Unity & C# scripting (3+ years of experience)
Hands-on experience with Oculus SDK, ARKit, and ARCore
Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, etc.) and asset pipelines
Strong understanding of spatial computing, mixed reality, and VR performance optimization
Ability to work onshore hours (8 AM – 6 PM EST)

Preferred

Experience with AI-driven interactions (Copilot Studio, GPT, NLP)
Strong portfolio of Unity AR/VR projects (Oculus experience preferred)
