Responsibilities
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees
Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
Support payroll processing, preferably using ADP, including timekeeping and data accuracy
Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in policy development and implementation
Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and workforce planning
Provide bilingual support for HR communications and employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
Working knowledge of ADP or similar payroll systems
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
