Responsibilities
This position is responsible for creating payment Invoices in Workday
The candidate should have Accounts Payable related business knowledge, both GAAP and financial concepts
The candidate should possess an understanding of general ledger accounting systems and reporting practices, preferably in a Workday environment
The candidate should have an accounting or finance background, strong analytical skills, be highly organized and thorough, and possess strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to interact and work effectively with internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
College degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial services and/or financial analysis related functions
Experience with Accounts Payable
Understanding of general ledger accounting systems and reporting practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with Master data management, Data entry, and Data quality
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Preferred
Knowledge of Workday is a plus
Strong analytical skills
