Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Performs specific/limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods
Under general supervision, works from the design of others and generates drawings and 3D models utilizing BIM software
Team collaboration in production of architectural documents through all project stages
Apply standards, assemble drawing sets
Ensure output meets required expectations and deadlines
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of experience in an architectural firm
Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD a major plus) + rendering/modeling/graphic experience
Preferred
Experience with multi-family residential planning/design is preferred
