As an HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist, you will support the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by managing and reviewing technician and mechanic Labor & Material quotes within NxGen, ensuring timely and accurate quote completion and delivery to customers.

Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery

Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times

Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes
