Responsibilities
Utilize advanced knowledge of tax concepts and terminology to guide the team and resolve complex tax-related issues
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, including specialized needs such as those from Ventura County, Orange County or similar jurisdictions
Address and manage concerns regarding the quantity of work in the queue, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently
Engage with cross-functional teams to provide tax insights and solutions, supporting both onsite and remote operations
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in tax operations and compliance
Strong familiarity with tax terminology and practices, particularly as they relate to California
Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret and implement business requirements
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite collaboration and remote productivity
