Lead sustaining activities across multiple product lines
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with Engineering and Quality
Manage component changes, product updates, and end of life transitions
Coordinate implementation with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
Track timelines, risks, and deliverables across cross functional teams
Maintain clear documentation and communication across global stakeholders
Support reliability, compliance, and cost reduction initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
5+ years of project management experience within electromechanical, consumer, or appliance products
Solid understanding of mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and firmware integration
Experience working with overseas factories, Asia exposure preferred
Strong ability to translate technical detail into actionable plans
Familiarity with common project management tools
Willingness to travel
