New GradCNH is a company focused on innovation and sustainability in agriculture and construction. They are seeking a Test Engineer Co-op to support the Product Validation team, providing hands-on experience in validating component and vehicle system performance through lab and field testing.

Responsibilities
Analyzes lab test and field test results and performs failure analyses
Coordinate activities in the field to gather data relevant to equipment operations
Prepares reports of test results, identifies potential adjustments to component dimension (size, strength, material, etc) and makes recommendations to design engineering in order to enhance overall product quality
Utilize engineering principles, practices, calculations, and judgment to make recommendations that contribute to the engineering and manufacturing objectives for specific products
Qualification
Preferred
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a relevant engineering field
Candidates must be a current student during the co-op program
