Responsibilities
Generate custom lentiviral libraries and maintain extensive mammalian cell cultures
Create edited pools of cells using lentiviral transduction and arrayed electroporation
Develop, modify, and optimize workflows to support diverse cell lines and primary immune cell types at scale
Generate single-cell data using commercial platforms, including 10x Genomics workflows
Support functional genomics and perturbation-based screening experiments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary experimental teams on a project-by-project basis
Maintain accurate experimental documentation and follow laboratory best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline
3+ years of relevant laboratory experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with standard cell culture techniques, including primary immune cell isolation and handling
Experience maintaining cell lines and performing in vitro stimulation of primary immune cells
Proficiency with molecular biology techniques including lentiviral infection, qPCR, western blotting, and flow cytometry
Experience generating and handling lentiviral constructs and edited cell populations
Preferred
Direct experience with pooled cell screening approaches using CRISPRi, CRISPRa, or other in vitro gene-editing methodologies
Experience working with large-scale functional genomics datasets
