Responsibilities

Design and strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, including custom workflows, multiple identity connectors, and custom claims

Technical leadership: Guide clients and internal teams on the secure and appropriate use of authentication and authorization standards like OpenID Connect

Implementation: Integrate Auth0's SDKs and APIs into applications to enable features like user login and registration

Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, personnel leadership, and mentorship to cross-functional teams of engineers

Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify CIAM requirements and develop solutions using Auth0 and other tools

Best practices: Create standards and practical guidance for developers to ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and highly available

Requirement gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements for identity platforms

Required

Experience with related technologies like API Gateways, cryptography, and cloud platforms

Typically requires 10+l years of experience in IAM solution design, with a significant portion focused on Auth0 architecture or advanced implementation
