Responsibilities
Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that solve real business problems
Collaborate with both business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Build, configure, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows across different platforms and tools
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Document technical designs, configuration steps, and best practices to support repeatable success
Explore opportunities for automation and optimization to improve customer efficiency
Continuously learn and adapt to new products, platforms, and integration tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in a technical consulting, professional services, systems integration, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Self-starter with initiative, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning new technologies
Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and database platforms
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus
Preferred
Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or SSIS
Knowledge of automation or RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Playwright
Proficiency in SQL
Development experience with Python, C#, or Java
Experience with Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
Exposure to ERP systems or similar enterprise platforms
