Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit business, data and functional requirements into Technical requirements
The role is to act as a liaison between Client business units and data warehouse technical development team to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into functional and technical requirements
Document business data glossaries including business definitions and business rules for technical team to develop logical and physical data model design
Data Analysts will understand raw data for various departments and consolidate it into information useful for decision-making by users for Unified Enterprise Client System
Translate data requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including business use cases, process flows, data flows, business rules, data definitions and process-to-data mapping diagrams etc
Required experience on SQL writing like DB2 , AWS (Dynamo, Redshift) as well as have a High-level Understanding of Technical Programing like Java, Python, Pega etc
Work with stakeholders including business and technology SMEs to conduct design sessions/training sessions / demos, and to develop user manuals and guides if necessary
Work closely with the design and development team to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements
Partner with QA team and SMEs to ensure adequate test coverage (relying on own knowledge, as well as facilitating conversations with SMEs, to identify additional test scenarios)
Suggest multiple implementation options each with associated risks/costs and where applicable, recommend an option
Assist with troubleshooting and managing production issues when needed
Qualification
Required

Proven record of strategic thought leadership and ability to drive results
Success collaborating, motivating and influencing stakeholders and partners in various departments
Excellent communicator with superior verbal, written, technical and presentation skills
2 – 3 years of experience with SQL like DB2 (Legacy), AWS (Dynamo, Redshift) is a must
Track record of innovation in the everyday, as well as development of breakthrough ideas
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to break down project tasks, define project scope, plan and organize resources to complete projects on time and within budget
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
2 – 3 years of Experience Microsoft Excel, Visio, PP, Docs
1 year Experience in Data Visualization
Experience in SQL writing
4 years college degree or equivalent technical study
Preferred
5+ years of experience with at least 2+ years working in a business analyst function supporting data governance and management initiatives is preferred
Knowledge of SharePoint and JIRA is a plus
2 – 3 years of Experience Microsoft Excel, Visio, PP, Docs
1 year Experience in Data Visualization
Good Presentation Skills
Experience in SQL writing
