Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager who will work with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to support project delivery objectives. This role involves leading dedicated teams in an agile software development environment and managing strategic business initiatives across various project management domains.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects utilizing the following Project Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, and Risk Management

Managing and leading software-centric projects of high complexity and size, developing project plans and roadmaps, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and actively removing impediments

Act as Scrum master for a dedicated scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work

Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing

Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team

Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams

Implement, monitor, and govern the proper use and compliance with established Agile SDLC policies, procedures, and conventions

Required

8 – 10 years of experience

Bachelor's degree with concentration in B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred; PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Experience working in a complex matrix Agile organization with extensive track record of delivery skills

Strong communication and organizational skills

Exhibit above average follow-up and follow-through skills

Development or QA testing background

Strong background in Agile SDLC methods and application development management

Experience in managing and leading software-centric projects of high complexity and size, developing project plans and roadmaps, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and actively removing impediments

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint

Experience in planning, organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional, matrix organized teams
