Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Oversight of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing and vendor payments, proper expense categorization, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and cash flow tracking
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Provide financial summaries and analysis to the CEO to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting roles
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial information
Preferred
Experience working in a family office environment
CPA certification highly preferred
Experience in a family office, private equity, or similar environment is a plus
