Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Drive design direction aligned with user research insights
Identify and implement opportunities for design and process improvements
Communicate with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand visions, and present creative solutions.
Foster collaborative design processes with product owners, designers, researchers, and tech partners
Leverage and contribute to the design system and component library
Educate teams on UX benefits and best practices
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of UX Designer experience
BA degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in UX design methods, best practices, deliverables, and tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe CS
Strong grasp of usability principles, qualitative/quantitative data for user flows, and A11y (accessibility) knowledge
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills across all levels
Robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills
Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving drive
Preferred
CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, as a major plus
Passion for collaborative, outside-the-box thinking regardless of background
