Responsibilities
Manage and oversee record-keeping for JASA units and subcontractors under NYC Aging contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Generate accurate reports on STARS and compile precise data on meals served and clients
Review invoicing and meal counts for caterers and subcontractors
Support management of the Data Analyst II
Supervise office staff in the absence of the Program Director or Program Coordinator
Ensure internal statistical reports for JASA and subcontractors align with STARS data provided to NYC Aging
Submit monthly statistics and STARS data to JASA accounting by the 5th of each month
Oversee analysis of route sheets compared to data entries in STARS
Produce data reports for JASA’s Fiscal and Administrative offices
Provide guidance and oversight to Data Analyst II
Review caterer invoices for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
Maintain fiscal controls, especially with client contributions
Complete required client contribution reports
Track and manage program vehicle expenses and records
Keep fuel receipts and manage gas card use on-site
Conduct staff training on record-keeping, fiscal responsibilities, and related topics
Assist with meal delivery to seniors as directed
Perform additional related tasks as assigned
Ensure subcontractors meet contract requirements for record-keeping
Review and approve subcontractor records and statistics submitted to JASA finance
Address and resolve any subcontractor record-keeping issues
Provide technical support and training to subcontractor and caterer staff on record-keeping and fiscal responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Valid New York State Driver's License preferred
