Responsibilities

Support installation and distribution partners within the assigned region by providing product familiarity, program information, and process guidance
Liaise between partners and Technical Sales for system design reviews, technical questions, and commissioning support
Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) at a high level to validate completeness, and route technical configuration or design-specific questions to the Technical Sales team
Process distribution partner Purchase orders, provide order confirmation and feedback, and recommend complimentary products or accessories to optimize each order
Identify recurring partner challenges and collaborate internally to drive process improvements or develop helpful resources
Schedule, coordinate, and support partner training sessions—including preparation, communication, logistics, and follow-up tracking
Facilitate product demonstrations by arranging agendas and ensuring appropriate technical experts are present; deliver overview-level product demonstrations where appropriate
Assist Technical Sales Representatives with network-wide trainings by managing invites, coordinating attendance, supporting communication, and handling administrative needs
Guide new and existing partners through the EG4 onboarding and education process, including product introductions, process orientation, and training coordination
Collaborate with Regional Sales Representatives to support regional strategies aligned with EG4’s revenue and growth objectives
Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions, opportunities, account notes, partner touchpoints, and follow-up actions
Actively assist in identifying and promoting surplus inventory to partners to support inventory alignment and regional sales performance
Communicate effectively with partners to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and assist Regional Sales in progressing the sales pipeline
Serve as a central liaison across sales, operations, logistics, and technical support to ensure timely, coordinated support for partners
Coordinate internal communication across Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and Engineering to ensure consistent and efficient partner experiences
Share partner feedback and recurring challenges with internal teams to help inform future product, support, or process improvements
Contribute to departmental initiatives that enhance partner engagement, training programs, or sales enablement processes
Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time, including trade shows, key partner visits, and training events
Maintain a strong working knowledge of EG4 products, including high-level capabilities and partner-facing use cases
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers to uncover opportunities and support the sales process
Stay informed of regional programs, incentives, and market trends to help partners successfully position EG4 solutions
Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and work effectively with multiple internal teams

Required

2+ years of inside sales, account coordination, or customer-facing experience—preferably in solar, energy storage, construction, electrical, or similar industries
Strong understanding of customer engagement, sales processes, and CRM best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify concepts and guide customers confidently through processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Experience working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Preferred

Experience supporting solar installers, electricians, or distributors
Familiarity with EG4 products or similar energy storage/solar ecosystem solutions
Experience facilitating trainings, webinars, or customer enablement activities
Prior use of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
