Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities

Handle intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters, particularly with patent and trademark matters

Draft patents and conduct strong research and brief writing

Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Required

2-5 years of experience with intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters, particularly with patent and trademark matters

Patent drafting experience, and strong research and brief writing skills

Strong communication, organization and time management skills

Electrical Engineering degree (or its equivalent)

JD degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials

Admitted in (and in good standing with) Illinois and as a patent attorney before the USPTO (or you are taking steps to become admitted in Illinois or California and as a patent attorney before the USPTO)
