Assisting with material inventory controls and inventory transactions

Visiting jobsites as well as in office work

Required

Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Excel

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

Manage office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents

Comfortable on a roof, using ladders, lifts, scaffolding etc

Utilize computerized systems for various office tasks

Able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 20-40lbs often

Assist in warehouse organization, material fabrication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others

Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service to guests and callers

Must be able to drive company vehicles under our insurance company

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test. We are a drug free work place, we participate in Ohio's Drug Free Safety Program
