Responsibilities

Communicate with both governmental insurance (Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.) and private insurance carriers
Negotiate liens with hospitals and healthcare providers on behalf of our clients
Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices, co-workers, and clients alike
Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data
Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately
Build strong rapport with potential clients
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of experience negotiating liens for personal injury cases
Strong knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types
Strong computer skills and experience with Office 365
Proactive and detail oriented
Superior communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish
