HR Coordinator
Family & Nursing Care is an award-winning home care company founded in 1968, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth orientation processes and ongoing operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
Support retention and engagement initiatives
Help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Occasionally travel to support new or expanding territories
Contribute to successful market launches and team continuity
Work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members to support day-to-day operations and long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and people-focused
Experience in caregiver onboarding and credentialing
Ability to manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems
Support retention and engagement initiatives
Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Willingness to travel occasionally to support new or expanding territories
Ability to work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members
Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth
Ability to work two days in the Silver Spring, MD office
