Provides FMS financial management support from implementation to case closure
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Clearance Required: Secret
Education: BA/BS degree
Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
At least three (3) years' financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within FMS is required
Preferred
Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is desired
Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and Navy regulations as set forth in the SAMM, DoD 5105.38-M is desired
Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams is desired
