Account Manager
Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves managing and maintaining an assigned book of business while serving as the primary contact for benefit-related client needs and advising clients on competitive benefit options.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an assigned book of business
Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related client needs
Lead renewal processes in collaboration with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives
Conduct needs analyses, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings
Advise clients on cost-effective and competitive benefit options
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
Manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables
Provide leadership within the extended service team
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in account management or a consultative role
Broker agency or benefits administration experience
Life & Health license required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Ability to work strategically with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
