Contract / Program Manager
EEC Solutions is seeking a Contract/Program Manager to oversee the performance of work under the DHA Office of Small Business Programs Support Services contract. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and serving as the primary liaison with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with the government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Be responsible for the overall performance of the work and compliance with all contract requirements
Be in charge of successfully managing a team of direct reports across multiple functional areas as defined in the PWS, including business analysis, data analysis, strategic communication, and MentorProtégé program support
Be required to ensure the stability and continuity of the workforce through effective leadership and retention strategies
Be in charge of developing and implementing the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to proactively identify, prevent, and correct service deficiencies
Be in charge of overseeing the development of all contract deliverables, including Monthly Progress Reports, staffing plans, and analytical reports
Need to be available to the government Monday through Friday during core business hours (08001600 EST)
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a business field
A minimum of five (5) years of experience successfully managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas
The work is for the Department of Defense at a government facility. All personnel will require a background investigation suitable for obtaining a Common Access Card (CAC) and accessing government IT systems
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Prior experience supporting a DoD or Federal Small Business Program office
Demonstrated experience with federal procurement, FAR, and DFARS
Experience managing contracts for the Defense Health Agency (DHA)
