Responsibilities

Perform complex administrative functions for management, including external business partners
Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses
Coordinate meetings, events, and department financial operations
Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies
Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact
Complete special projects as assigned
Manage calendars for two engineers, requiring complex scheduling
Coordinate team dinners and meetups every 6-8 weeks in Redmond

Required

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a tech industry
Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for at least 2 years
Experience using Slack for at least 2 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office with standard Excel skills

Experience in administrative support, event planning, and travel coordination
Experience in a similar industry or adjacent roles is preferred
