Design and orchestrate explainable multi-agent systems that automate complex compliance workflows requiring 100% accuracy and auditability
Build evaluation and guardrail frameworks that measure and improve agent reliability, accuracy, and compliance adherence
Develop state-of-the-art browser agents to automate data extraction, form filling, and multi-step web-based workflows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and deploying production AI agent systems (planning, reasoning, tool use, evaluation)
Strong background in architecting and scaling distributed systems handling high throughput and complex state
BS/MS in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or AI Engineering, with a deep passion for transforming financial infrastructure using AI
