Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives
Manage and maintain master data, including creation, updates, and quality checks to ensure data integrity across systems
Document system processes and workflows to support operational transparency and compliance
Assist in developing training materials and provide guidance to end-users on data tools and processes
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business to ensure data insights align with organizational goals
Implement and enforce data governance standards and best practices
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Expert knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable way
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools is a plus
Ability to document processes and create user-friendly training materials
Business acumen and ability to connect data insights to strategic objectives
Preferred
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Knowledge of machine learning techniques
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
